Manufacturing Director

The Manufacturing Director of Extruded Cables oversees all operational activities associated with the manufacturing process. This leader is accountable for nurturing our safety culture, ensuring that our products conform to the required quality parameters, delivering products to the agreed upon dates to our customers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to deliver ever improving cost of manufacturing. Direct reporting relationships currently include 6 direct reports: Operations Manager, Quality Control Managers (2), Maintenance Manager, Materials Manager, and Engineering Manager. As part of the Operations Leadership team, this leader will closely collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Safety, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Planning & Scheduling Functions as well as leaders of our Metal Cables, Accessories and Connectivity operations. Beyond the Operations Leadership team, critical relationships with other functional groups include Supply Chain, Procurement, IT/OT, Product Development and the Business Units.
