Private Investment Specialist

The Private Investment Specialist will report to the Private Investment Operations Manager and work closely with the Private Investment Operations Manager and the Director of Private Investments to enhance the reporting and operational functions of the Private Investment department.

The Private Investment Specialist will:

• Coordinate and oversee reporting of our alternative investment book of business.
• Audit and manage fund data entered into Black Diamond.
• Work closely with SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors and Black Diamond.
• Compile specific customized reports for a selection of our largest clients.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned from the Private Investment Operations Manager or Director of Private Investments.

The Private Investment Specialist will bring:

• Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter that will take initiative and does not need to wait for instruction.
• Experience with private investments is preferred but not required.
• 5 + years of relevant industry experience
