About the role

Crabapple Martial Arts Academy changes people's lives - building focus in children who couldn't sit still and confidence in kids who were getting picked on. We're hiring a Sales & Enrollment Director to be the person who brings new families through our doors. You'll start by generating leads and booking families for their first lesson, and as you prove yourself you'll grow into closing enrollments and selling our long-term programs - with your pay growing at every step. This is a role for someone who loves people, loves to win, and wants their income to reflect their results.

What you'll do

• Get our name into the community through school events, local partnerships, and referral events
• Follow up with interested families and book qualified appointments for their first lesson
• Bring back families who've drifted away through friendly outreach
• Keep a simple customer-tracking system up to date and accurate
• As you grow into the role: run enrollment conversations, close new families, and guide current families into our long-term programs (where the biggest commissions are)

How you'll grow - and earn more

This role is built in stages. You start focused on filling our pipeline and booking appointments. Once you show you can do that consistently, we add enrollment (and commission on every family you sign). Once you've proven that, we add our long-term program sales - the highest-earning part of the job. Each stage you unlock adds responsibility and pay.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in a goal-driven, customer-facing role - sales, membership or enrollment sales, business development, recruiting, real estate, hospitality, or similar
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people and following up like a professional
• Organized, reliable, and able to work on-site including some evenings and weekends
• Genuinely warm with children and parents
• Able to pass a background check (we work with kids)

Bonus points (not required)

• Experience in martial arts, fitness, youth programs, or another membership business
• Familiarity with a CRM or lead-tracking tool
• Roots in the Milton / Alpharetta community
