QDOBA is now hiring energetic, hospitality-oriented individuals!POSITION SUMMARY:As a Cook and Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain the high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.Job Functions:* Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.* Enthusiastically greet guests when they enter the restaurant and serve them following brand guidelines.* Restock front line with prepared product.* Clean, organize, and restock all stations.* Monitor and ensure the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant.* Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a healthy and safe environment for all guests and team members.* Perform other tasks as directed by management.* Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.* Strive to exceed guest expectations every day.* Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!At QDOBA, we bring flavor to peoples' lives.
