The role offers exposure to a broad range of municipal finance matters, including special district representation, affordable housing, and economic development initiatives.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing2-4 years of substantive transactional experienceExperience in public finance, real estate, securities, or other transactional practicesDemonstrated interest in or exposure to municipal finance, special district representation, affordable housing, or economic developmentStrong analytical, drafting, and writing skillsProven ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team-based environmentA detail-oriented approach and sound professional judgmentPrior experience at a large law firm or sophisticated real estate practice is highly preferredKey ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on a variety of public finance and municipal finance transactionsAssist with the structuring and execution of bond financings and related transactional mattersDraft and review transactional documents, disclosures, and supporting materialsCollaborate with senior attorneys and clients throughout all phases of transactionsSupport economic development, infrastructure, and affordable housing initiatives through public finance workWhy Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Public Finance practice with a strong regional and national presence.
