This role will serve as the on-site leader and drive successful project execution from groundbreaking through completion. Key Responsibilities Oversee all field construction operations Create and maintain short-term and long-term schedules Coordinate subcontractor activities and site logistics Conduct daily site walks and quality inspections Enforce safety programs and jobsite compliance Lead subcontractor meetings and site coordination effortsIdentify and resolve field issues proactively Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within quality expectations Desired Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects Strong understanding of scheduling and sequencing Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
