What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with. You’ll help ensure every conversation leaves riders feeling confident they’ve chosen the right company. Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers by phone, email, and online with product questions, orders, and service requests
• Help riders and dealers determine the correct wheels and components for their motorcycles
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with the production team to provide order updates and timelines
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information
• Support sales, marketing, and the rest of the team wherever needed
• Deliver the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people just as much as they enjoy motorcycles. Ideal candidates are:

• Friendly, professional, and personable
• Excellent communicators, both over the phone and in writing
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable learning technical product information
• Team players who enjoy working in a collaborative environment
• Passionate about motorcycles, motocross, or powersports (strongly preferred)
• Previous customer service or inside sales experience is a plus
