Helicopters Inc. is a leading helicopter operator in the United States across multiple industry segments. We operate aircraft in more than 30 metropolitan areas around the country, using a fleet of Bell 206/407 series aircraft. We have an opening for a Base Maintenance Manager with 3-5 years of experience as a Bell A&P mechanic at our Kearney, NJ repair station.Base Maintenance Managers effectively and consistently support and convey the corporate philosophy to other members of the organization and ensure that general base operations are conducted smoothly and in an orderly manner.* Ensure operations are being conducted in a safe and productive manner* Make certain all aircraft are airworthy and scheduled maintenance is conducted promptly.Base Maintenance Managers are responsible for supporting and encouraging other Mechanics at the bases and overseeing and monitoring their work.Base Maintenance Managers will ensure that other Mechanics arrive and depart from work on time and understand their daily duties and responsibilities as assigned.Job Requirements### Requirements* Management experience preferred.* Bell Experience required.* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Bell A&P Mechanic.* Competitive salary based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
