Job Title: Assembler – Try Before Hire
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

About the Role:
Join a leading manufacturer in Green Bay as an Assembler ! This try before hire position gives you the chance to grow with a stable company while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble a variety of manual and electric paper towel dispensers

• Use hand tools and air tools for parts assembly

• Rotate between different stations throughout the day

• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications

• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift while working with small parts

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to follow instructions and work with tools safely

• Dependability and strong attention to detail

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
