What You'll Do As a Banquet Server at B2 Bistro + Bar Bayville, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up banquet areas, including table arrangements and service stations, to create a welcoming atmosphere. Providing attentive and professional service to guests during events, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Collaborating with the kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the event. Upholding our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who bring both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of serving experience in either à la carte or banquet settings. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members. A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
