Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation.
• Perform data analysis, SQL queries, system analysis, and API integration analysis as required.
• Coordinate with QA teams for test planning, UAT, defect tracking, and validation of business requirements.
• Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend effective solutions.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services or banking domain experience is preferred.
