Front Desk Concierge – Frenchies Modern Nail Care
Part-Time | Clean, Non-Toxic Nail Studio | Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $16+ per hour (depending on experience and schedule availability)

Frenchies Modern Nail Care is not your typical nail salon. We’re a clean, modern, and friendly studio focused on professionalism, fun, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our environment is free from harsh chemicals and full of good vibes.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, upbeat, and reliable Concierge to be the face of our studio. This front desk role is essential to creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling

• Answer phones, handle guest questions, and resolve basic concerns

• Promote our Polish Pass membership program

• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment - not a lot of time to sit down!

• Coordinate with nail specialists and management to support smooth operations

Perks & Pay:

• $16+ per hour based on experience and availability

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience

• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Experience in salon/spa/hospitality a plus
