General Manager – Ownership Opportunity

365 Enterprises is seeking a high-performing General Manager to help lead and scale one of our rapidly growing companies.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, strategic, and hands-on leader who can oversee daily operations, improve efficiencies, manage teams, and help drive long-term growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and excited about helping build companies from the inside out.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day business operations
  • Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency
  • Build and lead high-performing teams
  • Drive revenue growth and operational excellence
