What We’re Offering:  

• Potential Annual Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography 
• Bonus: Our attainable monthly bonus can put up to an additional $21,600/year in your pocket - we’ll show you how in your first interview.
• Semi-Remote Role: Primarily remote support, but some in-person support is required as needed to complete assessments. Holding a small caseload is also required (5-7 clients).
• Manageable Caseloads: Every caseload is built using our Caseload Summary Tool - balancing therapy hours, supervision needs, and time-of-day scheduling before it ever lands on your plate.
• 60+ Hours of Onboarding + Ongoing Clinical Support: Comprehensive training in your first 4 weeks (clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments), plus monthly CEUs, an annual in-house research conference, and weekly office hours with our Clinical Development team.

What You’ll Be Doing:  

• Lead Clinical Assessments & serve as the first clinical point of contact for new families entering ALP services
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) via telehealth or in person, based on client needs and location
• Select and administer appropriate assessment tools to develop a comprehensive clinical picture
• Design Treatment and Level-of-Care Plans by creating individualized, function-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Determine and document level-of-care recommendations aligned with clinical best practices and payer requirements
• Communicate clinical recommendations clearly and compassionately to families
• Guide families through the assessment-to-services transition, supporting engagement until ongoing ABA services begin
• Collaborate closely with Client Services, Clinical Directors, and regional leadership to ensure smooth clinical handoffs
• Provide Flexible Clinical Support
• Complete all required assessment reports and supporting documentation accurately and on time in CentralReach.
• Enter initial programs and goals to support seamless transition to the assigned Case Supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 

• Active LBA Certification in the state of Maryland as issued by the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists

• Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, which we will pay for
