Litigation Paralegal (Employment)

Innovative Driven
Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of experience in employment law to assist the in-house legal team at one of our global financial service clients on an hourly basis. The paralegal will support the Employment team of attorneys who handle litigation, arbitration, EEOC and other employment related legal matters.

This role is expected to b e open-end ed and it is expected to provid e full-tim e hours. The structure of this role will requir e both on-si te an d remote wo r k. The role will require alternating remote and onsite weeks in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
Responsibilities include:
- Matter management
- Associate research
- Supporting all phases of litigation, arbitration and general dispute resolution, specifically in EEOC and employment-related matters
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of paralegal experience from within a global law firm or financial services corporation
- Paralegal certification a plus
