Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Home health experience required

Assignment Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Option for alternative hours 1 day per week
Travel radius is approximately 50 miles
Coverage area includes multiple surrounding counties and communities
