With sweeping ocean views, a glowing jellyfish aquarium, and a chic coastal design, it’s a dining destination that feels both luxurious and relaxed.
Our menu features dry-aged prime and American Wagyu beef, locally caught seafood, decadent sides, and a global selection of fine wines and spirits, all served with unmatched hospitality.
We’re looking for professional, energetic, and motivated AM Prep Cooks to join the team!

Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience as a Prep Cook in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food safety knowledge
- Understanding of classic cooking techniques and knife cuts
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
- Dedicated, ambitious, and excited to work with a team who is constantly striving to do their best
- The ability to work AM and weekend shifts
