What You Will Do:

• Own yard operations : by organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment : to ensure it's fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow : by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team : to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment : while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride.

What You Will Need:

• Ability to work independently : while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Basic computer skills : to document work and navigate systems.
