Investment Banking Associate

We are supporting a specialist healthcare investment bank in hiring an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate for its team in Boston or New York . The successful candidate will work on healthcare services M&A transactions and support the full deal process, from initial analysis and marketing materials through due diligence and closing. Responsibilities include: Build financial models and valuation analyses Prepare pitch books, CIMs and management presentations Support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions Conduct company, sector and market research Coordinate due diligence and transaction workstreams Work closely with clients and senior deal team members Support transactions from initial pitch through closing Ideal background: Investment banking experience at the Analyst or Associate level Strong M&A execution and financial modelling skills Healthcare services experience is preferred Experience from a boutique, specialist or middle-market investment bank Strong communication skills and attention to detail Interest in building a long-term career in healthcare investment banking #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexander Chapman
