Builds strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and the care team. Skilled in medication administration, assessments, and care planning over extended stays. Minimum Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
