• Job Title: Travel - RN - Med/Surg (614) Doctors Hospital - Augusta / 7:00AM - 7:00PM
• Location: Augusta, GA
• Setting: Hospital
• Pay Range: 1627.00 - 1708.35
• Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the med-surg unit according to hospital standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures such as EKGs, Glucometer tests, and Venipuncture.
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including floating protocols and patient experience requirements.
