Registered Nurse (RN) – Geriatric Care
North Dakota | Direct Hire

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a long-term care facility in North Dakota. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a stable schedule, strong compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in geriatric care.

• Full-Time (36 hours/week)

• 12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Consistent, rotating schedule

• Long-Term Care (LTC) Facility

• Patient population:

  • 44 Skilled Nursing (SNF) residents

  • 12 Behavioral Care (BC) residents

• Shared coverage with 2 nurses on the floor

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians

• Supervise and support CNA/LPN staff on the unit

• Ensure compliance with care plans, safety standards, and regulations

• Document care and maintain accurate EMR records

• Provide education and support to residents and families

• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

• Active RN License (North Dakota or compact eligible)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• BLS certification required

• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
