Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Technician in Pennsylvania

This facility also is known for its medical research to improve blood safety and patient care.

This well-established organization is looking to hire a permanent and full time Clinical Laboratory Scientist|Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Technician on second or third shift (with some flexibility). This position is responsible for performing routine testing of biological specimens and reviewing test results and quality assessment data. This position is also responsible for providing skilled technical support in the laboratory.

For consideration, applicants must have his or her ASCP Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) OR Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) in addition to an A.S. or B.S. degree. SBB certification preferred. In addition, applicants should have experience in either an immunohematology reference laboratory or in a high volume blood bank laboratory.
