Strategic Workforce Analytics Partner

Southern Company is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst to serve as the analytics lead for a defined region, translating workforce data into actionable insights for executives and line leaders. You'll co-create enterprise summaries, identify risk themes, and recommend actions. You will work with HR partners to develop dashboards showing trends, segmentation, and what changed views.
