Fast Pace Health is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team in delivering excellent patient care with a focus on urgent and primary healthcare services. The FNP will leverage their advanced skills in family practice to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across various ages, promoting optimum health and disease prevention. Our mission is to improve healthcare access in underserved areas, ensuring all community members can obtain comprehensive and affordable care and treatment. This role requires an individual with a passion for patient-centered care and the ability to function autonomously while being a collaborative member of our healthcare team.
