Conduct roof & exterior inspections, documenting damages Provide professional roofing and construction estimates to prospects. Collect signed agreements and payments to initiate projects. Provide proper documentation to the production team to start roofing projects. Be present at roofing projects to answer customer questions & offer services to neighbors. Attend sales meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Professional appearance and demeanor. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Driven and goal-oriented. Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance. Ability to carry and climb a ladder and work at heights Job Requirements: Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to help others. Generate business through proactive methods such as door knocking and referrals. Conduct detailed roof and exterior inspections. Provide accurate and professional estimates to customers. Ensure all project documentation is completed and submitted promptly. Be available to support roofing projects and address customer inquiries. Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training.
