Responsibilities:

• Dependability: Arrive to work on time and as scheduled, maintaining a consistent attendance record.
• High-Pressure Handling: Thrive in a busy kitchen environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining a high level of efficiency and composure.
• Self-Starter: Anticipate the needs of the kitchen and take proactive steps to ensure smooth operations. Address issues before they become problems and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Team Player: Collaborate with staff to support the needs of customers and the team. Stay focused on kitchen tasks, and conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner with peers, customers, and the company.
• Take Direction: Follow instructions from the kitchen manager, showing a willingness to learn and adapt to the kitchen's procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
