Schedule: Full-Time Base salary: $300,000 $350,000 per year

This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) for Primary Care and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.

What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

  • Join a team of four sub-specialty trained board-certified neurologists
  • 7on/7off schedule
  • Call structure: TBD
  • Practice setting: Primarily inpatient
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
  • Collaborate with the neurology attending group to ensure seamless, 24/7 care delivery, maintaining a stable and supportive environment for both the hospital and your peers.
  • Lead comprehensive inpatient neurology consultations to provide life-changing diagnostic clarity and treatment plans for patients with complex neurological needs.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
