Minimum Required Qualifications Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full‑time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required). Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required). Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), preliminary reads on EKGs, and X‑rays (required).
