Task Mining Analyst

Driving data-driven process discovery and optimization, the remote Task & Process Mining Analyst will analyze healthcare claims operations, deploy UiPath Process Mining tools, and develop automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Key Responsibilities Deploy and configure UiPath Process Mining to analyze claims workflows and identify inefficiencies Analyze end-to-end claims processes to quantify manual efforts and develop ROI models for automation Translate insights from process mining into structured automation candidates and collaborate with RPA development teams Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business/process analysis, with at least 2 years in healthcare claims operations Hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining or equivalent tools Deep understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle, including EDI transactions and denial management Experience with claims platforms such as Epic, Facets, or Availity Proficiency in process mapping tools and strong analytical skills for building ROI models
