RN Resident Care Manager - Long Term Care (Relocation Assistance Available)

We are currently seeking one experienced RN Nurse Manager to complete our leadership team. Responsibilities Manage 2 long‑term care units / skilled nursing facilities. Provide 24‑hour accountability for residents/patients and staff assigned to your units. Mentor, teach, and follow up with staff to ensure care processes are followed. Do not participate in admissions or care conferences. Required Qualifications Education sufficient for licensure (Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire). National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 5 years in a leadership and management role in nursing. 2 years in a long‑term care setting including end‑of‑life care. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. 1 year of experience with palliative care programs.
