Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients HR team in Boca Raton. It is a full time contract position - must be able to start right away. We need someone who is unemployed.

Key Duties

Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for positions.
Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
Developing and implementing recruiting strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in recruitment
Experience with various recruitment tools and software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
