Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to understand their substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific needs. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health conditions, ensuring that they are actionable and tailored for each client. \n
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, allowing clients to benefit from shared experiences and group support. \n
- Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team to devise and refine treatment strategies, ensuring that every client receives comprehensive care. \n

You will be primarily working with individuals struggling with substance addiction and dual disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- Valid licensure as a counselor (LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD). \n
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, although a Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. \n
- Specialized training or demonstrable experience in addiction counseling, showcasing your commitment to this field. \n
- Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Exceptional therapeutic skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients through difficult times. \n
