Working in a largely virtual environment, the Business Solutions Manager uses full‑sales cycle skills to promote our technology workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects through a combination of video and in‑person meetings. Responsibilities Drive new business development in the greater Houston, Texas area Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Utilize full‑sales cycle skills to promote technology workforce staffing solutions Conduct video and in‑person meetings with prospects and clients to understand their workforce needs Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals Meet or exceed quarterly business development targets and key performance indicators What Do We Look For?
