Job Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support transportation and logistics operations. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing freight invoices, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring accurate and timely customer billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit freight invoices for accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and third-party partners to address open billing issues
• Investigate and resolve invoicing errors, duplicate charges, and missing documentation
• Support the end-to-end billing process from carrier invoice through customer payment
• Maintain high service levels while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate across departments to remove billing obstacles and improve operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance billing cycle performance
