The Role We’re looking for a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate who’s friendly, motivated, and ready to turn great conversations into great sleep solutions. What You’ll Be Doing (Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To) Greet customers with enthusiasm and help them feel at home Guide customers to the perfect mattress based on their needs, comfort level, and budget Sell mattresses and accessories while educating customers on product features and benefits Hit (and exceed) sales goals—because winning is fun Process sales accurately and efficiently Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting Assist with deliveries, customer pickups, and follow‑ups Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and build lasting customer relationships What We’re Looking For Retail or sales experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right attitude!)
