Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU

• Deliver essential nursing care to patients with various diagnoses such as Stroke R/O, PNA, and COPD
• Administer medications and manage cardiac rhythms and central lines
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Assist with wound care and perform dressing changes
• Effectively utilize EMR systems for documentation

Requirements of the RN - PCU

• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 18 months of PCU experience
• Proficiency in critical nursing skills including cardiac monitoring and wound care
