Role Overview:

• Lead our team by example, delegate duties, schedule shifts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Train and develop new employees, instilling our guest service principles.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a pristine work area and stocked supplies.
• Manage ice cream orders and supply procurement, and perform end-of-day cash reconciliations.
