This summer, Hog Heaven Ice Cream is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our team as the Ice Cream Shop Lead. Role Overview:
- Lead our team by example, delegate duties, schedule shifts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Train and develop new employees, instilling our guest service principles.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a pristine work area and stocked supplies.
- Manage ice cream orders and supply procurement, and perform end-of-day cash reconciliations.
