With more than 40 years of experience in healthcare staffing, Supplemental Health Care offers reliable support, competitive pay, and great benefits every step of the way.Qualifications:Mammography Tech National CertificateAn associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in radiology is preferredAmerican Heart Association BLS1 year of relevant experienceMammography Tech Contract Details:$1,920 - $2,134 per week* estimated weekly8-week contract with possibility to extend40 hours per weekWhat You'll Be Doing:Responsible for operating a Mammographic unit to produce images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physicianExplaining the procedure to the patient, as well as observing the scanning process and adjusting the imaging equipment as needed for improved picture qualityAdditional duties and tasks within the scope of a mammography technologist*Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
