Lo Que Harás

Apoyar al Gerente de Tienda para impulsar el desempeño general de la sucursal.
Liderar las operaciones diarias de ventas, retención de clientes y servicio.
Capacitar al equipo y responsabilizar a los colaboradores por el cumplimiento de las expectativas.
Revisar reportes y tomar acciones para mejorar los resultados.
Supervisar las cuentas de los clientes y dar seguimiento a los saldos vencidos.
Guiar al equipo en estrategias de retención y cobranza.
Revisar los historiales de pago y apoyar los planes de acción.
Garantizar la documentación precisa de las interacciones y los pagos.
Coordinar las visitas a clientes y los horarios de entrega.
Mantener los estándares de la tienda (inventario, exhibición de mercancía y limpieza).
Asumir el liderazgo de la tienda cuando sea necesario.

Responsabilidades de Liderazgo

Supervisar y apoyar a un equipo pequeño (de 1 a 3 empleados).
Asignar tareas, brindar capacitación y dar seguimiento a los resultados.
Capacitar a los miembros del equipo en las mejores prácticas de ventas, servicio y retención de clientes.

Requirements:

Lo Que Buscamos

Se prefiere al menos 1 año de experiencia en liderazgo o supervisión.
Se prefiere experiencia en ventas al por menor, cobranza o servicio al cliente.
Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y cumplir con las expectativas de desempeño.
Licencia de conducir válida con un historial de manejo asegurable.
Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras (con ayuda para artículos más pesados).

Horario

Tiempo completo (40 horas por semana), con una semana laboral de 5 días.

Lunes a viernes: 10:00 a. m. – 7:00 p. m.

Sábados: 10:00 a. m. – 6:00 p. m. (obligatorio)

Domingos: Cerrado
