General Manager — Shoot 360 West Jordan

Full-time | On-site | Evenings and weekends as needed

Shoot 360 West Jordan is seeking a driven, results-oriented General Manager to lead our basketball training facility. This hands-on position is focused primarily on membership growth, sales, team leadership, customer retention, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, conduct tours, and sell memberships, training, leagues, camps, and clinics

• Manage sales follow-up, CRM activity, conversion rates, and performance goals

• Recruit, train, schedule, and lead facility staff

• Create an exceptional experience for members and families

• Oversee facility operations, cleanliness, safety, equipment, budgets, and business reporting

• Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak operating hours

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management, sales leadership, or related business experience

• Demonstrated success meeting sales or revenue goals

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer-service skills

• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and holding staff accountable

• Experience with CRM and point-of-sale systems

• Basketball experience is preferred but not required

This is an on-site position requiring approximately 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with performance-based commission or bonus opportunities.
