Product Owner, Workday ERP

Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for Workday and related ERP capabilities, the full-time Product Owner, Workday ERP will translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to enhance operational effectiveness in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and prioritize the Workday and ERP product backlog, aligning initiatives with organizational strategy and operational priorities Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and release priorities to guide delivery teams Drive continuous improvement across Workday modules and ERP processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and PSA, including configuration concepts and release management Experience in Agile delivery environments with a focus on backlog management and sprint planning Ability to translate strategic objectives and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements Virtual Vocations Inc
