Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Dixon, IL. The Rehab Director will recruit, hire, and train clinical staff; develop therapy strategies and protocols; evaluate patient care and outcomes; coordinate interdisciplinary rehabilitation services; manage daily clinic operations; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; and support business development and community outreach for a de novo outpatient clinic opening in April 2026. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Physical Therapy with an appropriate degree. Active state licensure in the applicable discipline required to start. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in an outpatient setting or comparable clinical environment. Experience developing clinical programs, policies, and quality assurance processes. Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training clinical staff. Familiarity with outpatient clinical operations, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
