CT Technologist Trainee

CT Technologist – Job Description Sign‑on bonus: $5,000. Responsibilities Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients. Monitor patient’s well‑being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action. Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner. Guide patients through the process by kindly explaining steps and answering questions and concerns regarding exam procedures. Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients. Demonstrate competency regarding safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information. Safeguard on‑site medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements. Demonstrate respect for company property, including cash and patient financial information on site or in patient portals. Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers. Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions. Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting. Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships. Qualifications Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and remain professional in all situations. Effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems. Required Qualifications State regulation may require certifications: state licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT). BLS certification depending on state regulations.
