Human Resources Intern
Jobtailor
Review applications and assist with candidate screening Prepare onboarding materials and new hire packets Assist with orientation preparation and employee onboarding activities Maintain employee personnel files and electronic records Assist with document scanning, filing, and record retention activities Update employee information in HRIS Track required employee certifications and licenses Support compliance initiatives related to healthcare regulations and policies Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance HR processes Requirements Must be a student in good standing in degree programs related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Organizational Leadership Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with HRIS systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
