HVAC Technician

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility. Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems. Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms. Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation. Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation. Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues. Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
