In this hands-on position, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of machinery, delivering top-tier service with expertise, efficiency, and a customer-first mindset. Collaboration is key—you'll work across departments to ensure every customer's needs are met with speed and professionalism. ASCO Equipment's pay scale rewards Service Technicians based on experience, technical skills and work ethic.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical systems—in the shop or the fieldPerform planned maintenance and keep equipment running smoothlyWork closely with the Service Manager and other departments to meet customer needsMaintain a clean and organized workspace, whether in the shop or on the roadUse computers and communication tools to document repairs and stay in sync with the team
