To deliver on this mission, we are seeking to hire an On Card Lend Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst to be part of the US Value, Commerce & Lending & On Card Spend and Lend organization, reporting to the On Card Lend Business Head. Balance transfer and Flex Loan are on-card lending features and is part of Citi’s lending continuum. The Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst will be responsible for analyzing product performance to drive product strategy. They will partner closely with Decision Management, Analytics, Control, Marketing, Digital, Risk and Operations and focus on optimizing product performance and analytics, marketing and digital strategy, enhancing digital user experience, call center training and sales support, and product research.Key Responsibilities Obtain understanding of Balance Transfer & Flex Loan product, including customer needs, competitive environment, and the operations and customer experience of the productReview analytical dashboards and support performance monitoring, including but not limited to competitive intelligence, digital funnel reporting, channel reporting, etc., to ensure product operates as intended on an ongoing basis and provides a seamless customer experience Integrate digital funnel analytics and customer journey insights to identify friction points and drive increased conversion and repeat usage.Manage product roadmap of initiatives, ensuring cross-functional awareness and alignment with partners and supporting continuous improvement in the Balance Transfer & Flex Loan product and experienceLead, manage, and execute key control initiatives, partnering closely with control functions to design, implement, and maintain robust controls that ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsLead optimization efforts, including initiatives to expand the marketing eligible population, as well as identify & implement opportunities to improve product conversion rates, customer experience, NPS, etc.Coordinate and prepare presentations for effective updates and reviews with senior management and partners Work closely with cross-functional partners, such as Finance, Risk, Analytics, Marketing, and Digital, to execute on agreed priorities within established operating plans and timelinesSupport ad hoc requests from management as neededQualifications 6-10 years of product management, product development or similar cross-functional experienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExcellent organizational and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical skills with the ability to source, analyze and distill data into insightsExecution and results oriented with a desire to drive change and continuous improvementSelf-motivated and detail-orientedRelationship building skills and ability to partner with a large cross-functional team to drive results in a matrixed environmentProficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPointWhat We OfferJoin a collaborative team at the center of Citi's on-card lending strategy, where your analysis and product instincts directly shape the experience of millions of customers.Work in a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely each week.Gain exposure to cross-functional teams spanning marketing, risk, analytics, and digital.Build your product management expertise through hands-on ownership of a live product roadmap.Access learning and development resources to grow your career within a global organization.Benefit from resources supporting financial wellbeing and work-life balance.Apply now to help shape the next generation of Citi's on-card lending products.------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Consumer Sales------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Consumer Product Sales------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Schaumburg Illinois United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$125,760.00 - $188,640.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
