Daytime hours. Home every night. Overtime is available and expected. Average 55 hours/week. Optimize chemical applications and provide field services tailored to meeting customer demands.ExpectationsExpected to follow established procedures and comply with all safety regulations. Self-motivated, organized, and effective communicator. Given parameters but works with little supervision once trained. Proper use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: work boots, hearing protection, gloves, safety glasses, hardhat, 4-gas monitor, and fire-retardant apparel. Rotational on-call schedule.Essential Duties – Other Duties As AssignedChemical application optimization, with attention to precision on chemical inventory levels and drip ratesTroubleshoot source of inventory/rate discrepanciesField support of production chemical programsPerform maintenance on chemical pumpsCollect samples from wellsiteSubmit order requestsFresh water shocking/ATP testingConduct water analysesDeliver chemicals (NonDOT) and rinse chemical tanksKeeping detailed notes in various computer programs according to company policyWork well independently and as a teamProvide excellent customer serviceOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation/Experience: High school diploma/GED or at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong mechanical aptitude. Able to perform minor field mechanical/plumbing tasks.Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license required. CDL preferredDriving Requirements: Daily driving light-duty vehicle. Follow all FMCSA and DOT regulations, where applicable.Physical Requirements – Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 55 pounds chest high. Tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment and/or vehicles. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, climbing, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear, and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles.Work Environment – Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather, precipitation, and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil, and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions typical within the oilfield. Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as providing excellent customer service.Language Skills – Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDSs), operating instructions, and procedure manuals. English language fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending. Bilingual beneficial.Cognitive Skills – Ability to maintain focus while monitoring and applying production chemical programs in field environments.Computer Skills – Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, etc.), electronic timesheets, and programs such as OneNote and Business Central for keeping field notes. A smart phone is required for access to mobile applications.Work Ethic – Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for your own actions.
