Restaurant Floor Manager Qualifications:
- Verifiable BA or BS degree of any major; or a Culinary Associates: REQUIRED
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience with supervisory exposure: preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and customer service
- Must be at least of age for legal alcohol service
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
Restaurant Floor Manager Preferred Background:
- Previous leadership role in restaurant setting- Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager
- Experience in high volume elevated dining room operations
- Familiarity with diverse cuisine styles
- Strong problem-solving and team-building skills
- Knowledge of scheduling and staff performance evaluation
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
